What we collect

The details you choose to submit through our enquiry or newsletter form:

• Your name and phone number. Required, because the form exists so we can call you back.
• Your email address and a message. Optional.
• Which page you sent it from. So we know what you were reading.

We do not ask for and do not want your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, account numbers or passwords through this website. Please never send those by email or through a web form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, or to handle a newsletter signup when you explicitly request one. Enquiries are not added to the newsletter. We do not build a marketing profile, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its bot check. Their systems briefly process your IP address and browser details in order to serve pages and to tell humans apart from automated traffic.
• Resend delivers the enquiry to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems as the body of that email.

The website does not include advertising trackers. Newsletter requests are forwarded to our team by email; you can ask to unsubscribe by replying or contacting us.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner. The Cloudflare bot check may store a short-lived token in your browser for the sole purpose of not asking you to prove you are human twice.

How long we keep it

Enquiries arrive as email and stay in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, ask and we will.
